01Platform Overview

Reservation INK is a tattoo booking platform that connects clients with independent tattoo artists. We provide scheduling, communication, and analytics tools to facilitate the booking process. We are a technology platform and do not provide tattoo services directly.

02Account Registration

Artists: To list on Reservation INK, you must create an account with accurate professional information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Clients: Clients can make bookings without creating an account. By submitting a booking request, you agree to provide accurate contact information.

03Bookings & Appointments

• Booking requests are subject to confirmation by the artist
• Artists set their own availability, pricing, and booking policies
• Reservation INK facilitates the booking process but is not a party to the agreement between client and artist
• Cancellation policies are set by individual artists

04Payments & Pricing

Pricing for tattoo services is determined solely by the artist. Reservation INK may display estimated pricing for informational purposes. Any financial transactions between clients and artists are conducted independently of our platform unless otherwise specified.

05Artist Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate availability and profile information
• Respond to booking requests in a timely manner
• Comply with all applicable health, safety, and licensing regulations
• Maintain appropriate hygiene and safety standards
• Not misrepresent qualifications, experience, or portfolio work

06Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate personal and contact information
• Arrive on time for confirmed appointments
• Disclose relevant medical conditions or allergies
• Follow the artist's aftercare instructions
• Respect cancellation policies set by artists

07Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading booking information
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Attempt to circumvent platform security measures
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute platform content without permission
• Use automated bots to interact with the platform

08Intellectual Property

Tattoo designs, portfolio images, and artistic works displayed on the platform remain the intellectual property of their respective artists. The Reservation INK platform, branding, and technology are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform content.

09Limitation of Liability

Reservation INK provides a booking facilitation platform "as is." We are not liable for:

• The quality, safety, or outcome of tattoo services
• Disputes between clients and artists
• Loss of revenue due to cancellations or no-shows
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

10Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are inactive for an extended period. Users may also request account deletion at any time.

11Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes.

12Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of Reservation INK shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings.
